In this summary I have covered the essential of Better Globe from the tree angles you may want to look. The trees are the engine and main subject in the business. The donations are our main product offered to you and the rest of the people on the globe. The business is the most genius business opportunity available.

All together it is the only direct sale business that the world really needs, and that is NOW!

The trees

Better Globe Forestry Ltd is owned by Better Globe AS and are the forestry company that are doing the actual tree planting. Better Globe have developed and established their business all the way from the people living in the dessert areas in close contact with each and every community, all the way up true ministers and to the president him self.

All the forestry’s are in semi dessert areas and Better Globe are at least 5 years ahead of any other forestry in the capacity to grow and plant trees in such areas. As one of all the results of this technique and this development Better Globe are today the only forestry in the world that can plant trees each end every day around the year in this climate.

The first area planted are Lake Kiambere, 5000 ha surrounding a water reservoir for electricity. Better Globe started of in 2006 here. The next phase are in the outback of Sosoma and starts in June 2008. 60 000 ha are let to Better Globe for this purpose and that’s where the big number of trees will be planted. Another 60 000 ha bordering the first makes it all together a huge area.

The Sosoma area are semi dessert and provide only water from one single waterhole in the whole area. There are not one single job available and scares with just about everything, such as food and shelter.

The tree planting are therefore not only lifesaving for the inhabitants but also very cost-effective. No person or home need to be moved our bought out, no other vegetation are cut down and not one single conflict needs to be solved.

Any person in any part of the world can buy one or more trees inside this business of foresting in Africa true Better Globe. If a person is only interested in the trees and the return of investment on these we call it Investor. It is simply a customer investing in trees at 15 euro a piece at any time, as often as they want and as many as they want. No annual fee’s and no startup fees.

The Mukau tree and the Acacia Senegal are carefully selected because of the climate and method used and matched with the market price to give the maximum return on investment. The market will eventually tell the facts but as a minimum of return the investor can expect 15% annual from year 5 after the investment, to year 20. On top of that the ROI year 20 are at a minimum 10 times the investment. On top of that any market price raise during the 20 years past.

Any registered customer will have all these calculations with their personal and actual figures as they log in.

Example:

Any person invest 3000 € in 2009. That is equal to 200 trees bought at any time during the same year.

In 2013 this will result in a ROI of at least 450 € and then the same amount every year after that up until 2028. This is because business will be dune on the Acacia Senegal that is harvested.

In 2028 the ROI will suddenly be top with another 30000 € because the lumber tree, the Mukau tree, also will go in to production.

When the same person invest the following year, 2010, the ROI 2014 will off cause be 450 € (2009) and 450 € (2010). Investments in 2011 will increase the ROI 2015 even more and so on.

This is the actual overview for Viggo Wigler, my 9 year old son. As you can see he started small in 2007 and then it adds up as we go on.

This is the minimum calculation and is made on the assumption that from 2009 and all true 2028 there will be no increase on tree prices in global market. 

The reality of market prices are that the demand is widely exceeding the access. In Africa is only on tree replanted for every 28:th that is cut down. Only in the last 20 years have we taken down forest around the globe equal to 6 times the size of France. The total volume of trees available on the market have the last 50 years decreased with 50%. Only half the much are available on a growing market.

In Japan are the consumption per capita 242 kg as in India it is 3 kg per capita. India and all other so called development countries are rapidly demanding more and more from the market.

All this put together makes investment in trees a extremely lucrative investment.

Better Globes goal is to plant 5 billion trees in Africa before the end of 2026.

The Donations

The preferred customer is donation 12 times each year, preferably one donation per month. In order to get on such a program is to register as Donation member. The cost of this is 65 € if you have a so called AID-cod. That code is the member number of the referring member or Ambassador. With that code the customer get 10 € discount on the normal price of 75 €. Included in that price are the first donation, worth 49 €.

The donation includes the following:

• 4 trees are donated to farmers or communities surrounding the forestry’s as a pure donation. They are by this given the possibility to develop their own business or community along side with Better Globe.

• 1,5 € are allocated to the microfinance bank system provided by Better Globe. Poor farmers and others can lend from that bank to get started on their own with their business.

• 1,5 € are allocated for school building. Better Globes donation members are supporting the NGO Child Africa by building schools in the area where the forestry are taking place.

• 2 trees are given back to the person donating as their own investment. This pays the entire donation and much more that that.

49 € are the total price for above and makes all the difference for the whole area where Better Globe is operation. Better Globe are education the persons that receive donation trees at the educational test farm of Kibwezi. The location provides close cooperation with the governmental KEFRI. KEFRI is the Kenya governments research and forestry institute who are an important partner of Better Globe.

It is easy to understand the importance of the donations as such but it is also very important from a global environmental perspective. 12 donations during one year result in 72 trees planted. 72 trees absorbs at least 30 ton of carbon oxide during the 20 most powerful growth years. An average family is pollution directly or indirectly 20-24 ton of carbon oxide annually. By donation 12 times in the same year you then become carbon neutral and get a certificate on that. To be carbon neutral is a big thing today. More and more companies and private persons are reaching toward this and tree planting is the way it is dune.

This and much more makes donation true Better Globe the most brilliant and important thing to do.

A Donation member can off cause also invest in any additional number of trees and or make any number of extra donations. In the same manner it is off cause also totally free to skip a single donation or quit donate at any time. What ever that person have in investment up until the stays there and pays out accordingly any way.

Any donation member can actually get his/her donation for free every month true a gratification program. Mind you that we are not talking about the business of an Ambassador just yet. This is open to any member to do.

Any member that requires 6 other persons that are donation will get their own donation for free each end every month that the other six are donation. This is worth 49 € and it is a highly appreciated extra for all members. This includes but not restricts to Ambassadors off cause.

Bette Globes goal is to become the largest microfinance bank for poor farmers in Africa by 2026 and also to build more schools in Africa than any other organization has done before.

The business

Above are what we offer the market, our products. That means that what we are working with is to do exactly that, offer the market our investment possibility and/or the possibility to donate.

We who do that is the Ambassadors and that is the third way of register or enroll in Better Globe. The cost for an Ambassador is also 65 € and that is if you have a AID-code from any other member or Ambassador. Other vice it is 75 €.

For an Ambassador this is for the tool and the web and all of this. The first donation is not included in this price if you register as Ambassador. For an Ambassador this is also a annual fee, the 65 €. This is not the case for the member but as an Ambassador you pay annually for the business opportunity.

Better Globe work with a so called binary system. This means that you build 2 parallel sales organizations. You simply earn 1 € on each end every tree that are sold in those two organizations. It does not matter who is doing the sale or who is investing. As long as it is happening in your sales organization you make the commission.

In order to make this work in a fair way there are some criteria to be filled by any one who want to earn out of the activity:

• The annual fee of 65 € is paid.

• You are donating your self that month.

• You have invested in at least 10 tree during the previous 12 month. Have to be done at one single purchase.

• You have sold at least 2 donations to 2 different persons.

If these 4 criteria are fulfilled then you are entitled to commission on every sale at any time and in any part of the world by any one in your sales organizations.

Payout is made with a rule of balance. This is also a common way to regulate that earnings end up in a correct way. Pay out is made of the amount that is a sum of 1/3 from one organization and 2/3 from the other. This goes on both trees and donations and the calculations are also displayed in the back office of yours.

Example:

One week 120 trees are sold in one organization and 150 in the other.

To get the highest possible number following the 1/3-2/3 rule it gives 75 from one organization and 150 from the other. That means that the payout this week is 225 €.

The remaining 45 € that are the difference between 75 and 120 is referred to the “bank” and shows up again next week. It is still a earning, but not yet paid out.

Next week 130 trees are sold in your first organization and 160 in the other.

Now the “bank” are added and you get 130 plus 45 equals 175 to match with the 160. Now the highest possible number with a 1/3-2/3 match is 174 from 1 organization and 87 from the other. 261 is paid out and transfers to next weeks bank is 1 € from organization 1 and 73 from organization 2.

This repeats it self week to week automatically and it never matters witch one of the 2 organizations that are biggest or smallest. It all evens out in the end in a sound organization.

It is easier to see this visible so once again I use my son Viggo to display the system. Below you can se the weekly earnings from tree sales in his organization during 2008. Mind you that “he” started building on this in November 2007.
